It's in the genes, my side of the pool.

I don't get a photo very often so even if it's a lousy iPhone one, I'm happy and more so since the email arrived on what would have been my son's 42nd birthday.  He would have been so proud of his daughters.  Granddaughter on the left had just turned 18 and GD on the right turned 20 in February.

Young people only ever take phone camera shots now. Even I can say they are attractive.

River, both of them have gone to school and worked part time since they were 13.

EC, they always visit when they can and sit down and start talking as though they only saw me yesterday.

Kath, you never know but if when LC's time is up and you're on your way back home, that flight attendant handing you a barf bag could be my granddaughter.

Stacks, Grandma, nothing. Showing the photo around at the Home, I was told how beautiful my daughters were. That was a hit and yes, I do know the full moon is due this week.

Andrew, thank you, real stunners in spite of their hag of a mother and at least they have their father's height.

Rochester, Grannies Rock! And we're getting younger. My Grandmother was ancient at 50 and I'm just starting to feel a little oldish.

MiddleChild, it's always the female line, goddesses all of us.

Coppy you have forgotten that when you were their age you were fairly fresh-faced and full of life yourself. In dog and horse breeding it's the grandparents who count too.
